I am excited that Bruce Baizel is running for La Plata County Commissioner and excited at the prospect of having a person of his caliber representing us in the important work facing our County. Bruce understands that our County is made up of many different groups with diverse priorities and needs. Bruce’s background as a lawyer, his in-depth experience working on local issues, and his knowledge of state and federal legislation, will enable him to understand the issues the County Commissioners deal with.
